With an Associate Degree in Business Administration and over two decades of experience in construction project management, Joanna has been a Realtor since 2012. Originally from Poland and also a former resident of New Jersey, Joanna knows what it is like to move to a new state or even to an entirely new country. These experiences make her particularly well-suited to international clients who are interested in purchasing Florida real estate.

Known for her integrity, honesty and attention to detail, Joanna is an effective and hardworking multi-tasker who works well under pressure. In addition to being fluent in Polish languages, Joanna can also communicate in basic Russian and Slavic languages.

During her free time, Joanna enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her fiance and real estate partner, Kenneth Nichols.

With over 40 years of experience in employee benefit sales, Kenneth Nichols has held a real estate license since 2012. Born in Chicago and raised in Northern New Jersey, Kenneth knows what it is like to move to a new state and the extra hurdles this type of move can involve. Having served on the board of directors of an age 55 plus community in Jupiter, Kenneth also offers a unique perspective and insight into understanding HOA policy and procedures. A resident of Jupiter, Kenneth specializes in real estate in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties.

Known for his ability to hold the deal together, Kenneth is a trustworthy, ethical and open-minded real estate professional who strives to build trust with each of his clients.

During his free time, Kenneth enjoys swimming, running, playing golf and spending time with his fiancee and real estate business partner, Joanna Marczak.
